Whether you're looking to build strength, find balance, or embrace inner peace, our classes are here to inspire and transform. All classes are held at Glow Brazilian Beauty - 9300 John Hickman Pkwy, Suite 203 Frisco, TX 75035.

With a single membership, you have the flexibility to attend any of these classes, allowing you to tailor your experience to your unique needs and schedule.

 

 

Pricing Information: 

  • Single Adult Class: $30

  • 4 Adult Classes Package: $100

(credits valid for any day of the month)

  • 8 Adult Classes Package: $160

(to attend up to 8 classes per month)

  • Unlimited Membership:  $200/month

(unlimited classes within the same month)

VINYASA YOGA and THAI YOGA

Thai Yoga—often experienced as Thai Yoga Massage—blends passive stretching, acupressure, and Ayurveda. It enhances flexibility, relieves muscle tension, and promotes deep relaxation. Often called "yoga being done to you," it increases blood circulation and restores energetic balance without requiring active effort.

Stretching Class

Júlia Braga, has been immersed in the world of dance since childhood. Coming from a family that owned one of the region’s most renowned studios, she trained in ballet, jazz, contemporary dance, theater, and circus arts.

As a soloist, Júlia gained recognition by winning multiple dance competitions in Brazil and beyond. Her talent and dedication earned her four scholarships to prestigious programs in the U.S., including in Boston, Miami, California, and Dallas.

 

She is currently furthering her training in a distinguished trainee program.

Mia Francalacci is a fitness trainer, nutrition coach, and yoga instructor, creator of the Elevate Women Method—a blend of functional training and yoga for women over 35. Her method helps with weight loss, muscle toning, and overall well-being while fitting into busy routines. It also focuses on reducing anxiety and PMS symptoms.

As a mom, Mia understands the demands of motherhood and has also worked with yoga for kids, guiding them through playful and mindful movement. Her mission is to inspire and empower women to build strength, balance, and a healthier lifestyle.

Vinyasa Yoga and Thai Yoga

Maria Antonieta "Toni" Nixon is a registered Yoga Teacher.

Originally from Brazil, Toni has lived in the Dallas area for 21 years. Yoga has been a part of her journey since the beginning! Her passion is Heat Flow Vinyasa, and after years of dedicated practice, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Now, as a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, she is excited to share her love for yoga and help others grow in their practice.
